I communicated with my sales person, Josh Moore several times prior to purchasing the vehicle. My purchasing experience with BMW of Roseville has been frustrating at the best and nightmare at the worst! I am an out of state buyer from Pennsylvania. I'm also updating this review to remove a star because two of the tires that came with this car are bad: one front and one rear, thus a whole new set of tires will be needed. It's my 3rd vehicle purchase from Roseville Automall and it would rank a solid 3rd out of the 3 as far as overall experience. But overall, I did NOT feel like a valued, appreciated customer of BMW Roseville. Also, the bathroom was a disaster! It looked like a rest stop bathroom on I-5. I let them know I wanted to step away to get some food but was told I'd lose my place in line to finish the paperwork so it would take longer. At the dealership, the snack area was devoid of any snacks.and waiting for 4 hours, I got a little hungry. The tire pressures were all off.nobody checked the tire pressure prior to delivery. My spouse even remarked about the cleanliness when I brought it home. The interior of the car was not cleaned when delivered. It took nearly 4 hours to complete the paperwork, which was entirely too long. A little disappointed that it wasn’t checked earlier, and it wasn’t addressed even after I brought it up Anoop Ramankutty Jul 13, 2022īuying at BMW of Roseville was an OK experience.

Since I was picking up after hours I mentioned it to the sales department person available, but he asked to talk to service about it. But my car had some grease stains in the front driver’s seat when I picked it up. I’m honestly going to be very apprehensive about taking my car to this service center going forward. Very disappointed that the service team couldn’t work with me on this. Now I’m very worried because I’ll need to shell out more if the same thing happens to any of my 3 other tires. Given that my car is brand new (just about 7k miles on it so far), I would have thought the tires were covered, or at least that I would have been given the option of a tire protection package when I bought the vehicle, which I wasn’t. No complaints about the actual service, but I also had a tire that was losing air, and I was informed that it would need to be replaced (not repairable) and I would have to pay the whole amount (over $500). Update: Took my car in for a regular service appointment. Wonderful experience and I couldn’t be more pleased with how everything went. They washed my car for me and even had it on the charger when I arrived to pick it up. There is nothing bad I could say about this experience. Once the work was authorized by Chevy, BMW had my car back to me within a day and a half. No fault to BMW, Chevy dragged their feet in making a warranty claim, but Jeffery kept in touch along the way and was extremely kind throughout the whole process. Being that I had a warranty through Chevy, Jeffery went above and beyond to get them involved and did everything he could from his side to expedite the process. When the diagnosis was complete he was prompt in getting back to me and letting me know what was wrong with the car. He was patient and kind with his explanation of the process and didn’t try to sell me on anything additional while I was there. I don’t have enough space and time to write all of the amazing things. I was scheduled with a service member named Jeffery. When I called they were very friendly over the phone and took no time in getting my appointment set. Scheduling the service appointment was very easy. Even though I was provided a warranty from Chevy they told me they don’t service luxury vehicles and I would need to contact BMW. I bought a used BMW i3 from John L Sullivan Chevy and 1 week later the check engine light came on.
